Booking Confirmation

By utilizing Redigo's website to make a rental car reservation, you consent to follow these terms and conditions. Once you get a booking confirmation email or message, your reservation is official.

Driver's Requirements

The primary driver must be at least 21 years old, have a current driver's license, and fulfill any other age requirements imposed by local laws. Addition drivers must be registered with Redigo and fulfill these requirements.

Payment

A valid credit card or other approved payment methods must be used to complete the payment for your rental car reservation. The renter is liable for any additional costs such as fuel, tolls, or fines that are incurred during the rental period.

Cancellation and Modification

Suppose you need to change plans. No worries! You have the freedom to cancel or adjust your booking without cost, but only if done 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up. However, if you cancel or modify after that time, some charges might apply, so plan-ahead.

Insurance policy

Rental automobiles are equipped with basic coverage. You can access extra protection options for an additional fee. These supplemental plans grant more security and tranquility while operating the rented vehicle.

Vehicle Pick-up and Return

Pick up and return the rental vehicle on time. Late drop offs incur extra fees. Refill the gas tank and keep the car's condition the same when you got it to avoid any penalties.

Driving Guidelines

Only use the rental automobile appropriately. Follow all traffic rules. Don't operate after consuming alcohol or drugs, drive recklessly, or utilize the vehicle illegally. Illegal actions range from operating under the influence to reckless driving and misusing the vehicle for unlawful purposes. Forbidden activities are numerous but not constrained to these examples cited.

Our duty

Redigo cannot be blamed for any issues during your car rental. This covers damage, loss, or harm. Unless we are negligent or break our promise to you.

Legal rules

The guidelines within this document follow the enforcements of the location where the renting happens. If any issues emerge from or connect to these terms and conditions, only courts in that area have power over those disagreements.
