At Redigo, we get it, life can throw curveballs. That's why we've set clear policies on canceling and getting refunds. Our goal? Letting you roll with the punches, while staying transparent.

Canceling Your Rental

Need to call off your rental? No worries - you can cancel bookings up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up, free of charge. We aim to adapt to your shifting needs whenever we can. However, cancellations within 24 hours may result in partial rental fees, depending on the specific situation and rental location's rules.

Refund Policy

You get a refund if you cancel booking on time. We 'll refund through the same payment way you booked with. The refund will go to your account quickly. But, it might take 5 working days for the refunded money to show in your account. This is because your bank takes time to process these things.

Exceptions

In some cases, like really bad weather or unexpected events you can't control, we might not charge cancellation fees. We may offer other options too. We know that emergencies happen sometimes. So, we try to be understanding and flexible when handling those situations.
